I was about to beg for a doggie picture when I saw Louise. Any chance of a group portrait for the canine crazies out here? I have a confession to make. I no longer use dried beans. I find canned ones are very fine products. I'm sure I mention this in the book, and, by the way, thank you for kind remarks.

What a great alternative to the standard chile fare. This is a really nice recipe I always enjoy the time I spend here. You've created a great spot for your readers to visit and you keep me coming back. I hope you have a great day. Blessings...Mary

I agree with Mary. This is a fabulous alternative to red chili. I like to mix up things in my kitchen too and everyone loves chicken. The pepper jack would make it nice and spicy and the color of the chili is so attractive.
